Now that the campaign is officially complete, our team is kicking our production and manufacturing processes into high gear. We’re still right on track for all of the perk delivery dates. You can check which perk you selected in order to find out when your perk is set to ship out (shipping is already happening and will continue through to spring 2021.
You can expect to receive an email and survey to confirm your shipping address very soon. We’ll be sending them to the email address you provided here on Indiegogo (the same email that receives these backer updates).
You can view your Contribution Details on your Individual Profile on Indiegogo by following these steps:
- Go to www.indiegogo.com and log in from the upper right corner
- Enter the email address that you have used for your contribution (if necessary, you can set a password here) and log in
- Click your name in the top right corner
- Click 'My Contributions' from the drop-down menu
- Under the name of the perk, click where it says 'View Contribution Details'
To express our gratitude for helping us raise more than $1,250,000, we're giving out free bottle holders to all our backers.
Even though the standard Indiegogo pre-order campaign has ended, we’ve decided to continue collecting pre-orders here on Indiegogo using their “InDemand” model of pre-order sales. It even uses the same link so it’s super easy to share with folks who may not have been able to finish their order before the campaign officially ended last night.
As an original backer, you received the best discounts we will ever offer. New pre-orders made during this InDemand period will still be discounted, though they’ll have less of a discount that was offered to you early backers.
We don’t need anything from you yet, except for you to keep an eye on your inbox: we will post another update about this before starting the process.
We’ll also continue to push out product info, exclusive company news, and insider details to you and all of our other backers through updates like this one. You can expect to hear from us about once a month. We have some exciting updates planned, so stay tuned for those details!
