Sizing yourself for a bike is one of the most important things to do before purchasing a bike. You don't want the bike to be too large or small for you to ride comfortably!

When in doubt, pick the smaller frame. You can always raise the seat up higher.

To decide on whether a bike would fit you, you can follow these simple steps:

  1. Measure your inseam length (here is a link on how to measure:,1040388)
  2. Check the stand over height for the bike you are considering - this can be found on the specifications/geometry section of the bike
  3. Ensure that the stand over height is at least 1-2” lower than your inseam length
