The shipping was on time packaging was excellent.
I talked to Mathew in service and parts in which he had excellent knowledge, and I had the information I needed promptly.
This is the bike that I have been wanting mid drive 750 W good amp hour battery, internal rear hub gearing.
What’s not to like about the bike ( nothing ) .

Due to the weather I have not been able to ride much, or to form an opinion, or to look for any other issues.
Some minor issues with setup but nothing insurmountable.

Love the bike. Just went on a 15 mile ride. 7.5 steep down and then back up. Finished in less than an hour. Going up, was in PAS 3 and middle gear and she pulled like a champ. Came home and only at 90%. So, IMHO, great range. And the 1,000w motor is a monster - more than enough power for even the steepest hills. The two things I would change: 1. Offer a backlit LCD screen. The color screen is very nice, but disappears with polarized sunglasses. 2. Offer a dropper post. The bike is not light, but very manageable until you get into the single track. Going downhill without lowering the seat puts you in a very unstable position. I will be adding a dropper post ASAP. Other than that, love this bike. If my kids want to go out with me, I will buy others for them.

I am very pleased this is my 3rd ebike, I am very happy I have put over 200 miles on it this week. The only issue is I can't find the instructions , to change my computer from km to miles

Nice looking bicycle Have just road it once to make sure everything was working seems to have very good torque I am 5’ 8’’ inches and the bike fits good The set up wasn’t flawless but got the job done and it all worked Lol I haven’t quite figured out how to mount the water bottle carrier yet but have till spring to figure that out Likely will not be riding the bike till spring now wouldn’t be much fun at -20 But looking forward to going hard then

So far I have no complaints and like the bike very much. Power seems good but I don't know how long it will last as have not ridden very much. Was away helping a sick relative until 2 weeks ago.
