Totally misleading! It doesn’t pull the crank on a MonteCapro Ultra or any bike with a similar drive. The latter has a hollow drive shaft so this tool is useless.

I must have received it but never received it. The fault was on this end not yours. They called me and my number was out of service so they sent it back. Order#17253, Fed Ex tracking #394003876946, Shipping method - a small box. Confirmation #F51PAFIEL. An address mix up on my part so therefore disappointment.

I guess you could say that my overall experience has been terrible, poor and I get more pissed off every passing day. First I got a defective bike and had to send it back Via your dealer in Eugene , (about 200mi away from Ashland) . Been waiting for the replacement bike but the tracking # says' the bike has been sitting in Memphis Tenn, since Feb 22nd, today is Mar 1st. Why is my bike still in Memphis ?
I don't know why I bother to even write this , it's like talking to a bot ! other wise you'd know That I haven't even got my bike yet.

Simple and easy to use. Has an adapter for another style of crank. Used it to pull the crank to lube the BBS02 motor. Very happy with the tool
