Biktrix Holiday Update - 2022

Biktrix Holiday Update - 2022

Falling snow, frosty winds, and studded tires. December is upon us!

At Biktrix, we take our role as Santa’s Helpers seriously. Our last date for shipments to leave our facility will be Dec 23rd. In order to meet that deadline, please consider the following dates when placing your orders:

December 9th, 2022 - Order deadline for eBike orders that include custom upgrades (forks, brakes etc)

December 20th, 2022 - Order deadline for eBike orders in stock configuration (no upgrades).

December 21st, 2022 - Order deadline for all eBike parts.

Note: These are calculated based on our internal processes; external circumstances such as weather or 3rd party delays may impact shipping timelines and as such, we cannot guarantee orders to arrive on/by Christmas/a certain date. Bikes Ordered on Pre-order that had an estimated shipping time of "Late December" will be on track to go out in early January.

(Unsure if your order will arrive in time for the annual gift-exchange? Consider giving a Biktrix gift card! Canada or USA )

In order to give our hardworking staff some time to relax, recoup, and come back strong in the new year, we will be closed as of Dec 24th and returning to regular hours on Jan 2nd, 2023. This is inclusive of all of our departments, including online support and showrooms. Any inquiries received after closing on Friday, Dec 23rd will be replied to once we return from the holiday break.

Thank you to all of the Biktrix family who has made 2022 another amazing year! We hope each and every one of you has a wonderful holiday season, and look forward to hearing from you in the New Year!
