B i k t r i x respond in a reasonable amount of time and they seem to be dedicated to helping you understand your new e-bike. I believe they could do better in the form of a technician who can answer your questions over the phone. Email how to videos are very helpful but they don't solve all the issues. I called and was told that a technician would call me back to help me install the front Basket in the headlight. I never received a phone call I was promised, for my problems with the basket on the front of the bike.

Extra Battery
I definitely am glad I bought an extra battery. I wish I could have bought a bigger, longer lasting version but they do not fit on my bike. One suggestion, given this is, in my opinion, a high end bike isn't there a way for Bixtrix to keep track of my key and make sure my existing key works on the new battery? I now have 4 keys for my bike, 2 keys for each battery, 1 for the lock and 1 for the bike rack. Small concern, overall I love my bike and use it a lot.

Spare battery mount
I bought the extra battery thinking if we ride several miles from home and get to a point where we need to recharge but there is no practical way, then we could simply replace the battery. The extra battery does not mount easily on the rear rack. It would be nice to have placed designed to carry an extra an extra battery,
