Canvas Pannier Bags

I think these saddle bags are great. Sits and fits the on the bike perfectly except the clips had to be cut off but still work. I called BikTrix customer service about the clips breaking and they sent me another pannier bags 2.0 to fit the larger tube rear rack. I haven’t tried those yet but will. The other set will be used for grouse hunting. Very happy with them regardless.

It is unfortunate after waiting such a long time to receive our bikes that when everything arrived the pannier bag clips do not fit our racks. (Nor do the bells ordered fit our handlebars). Sad that the orders for accessories cannot be correlated to the bikes ordered or denoted on the website which bikes the accessories would fit. Something for you all to consider

I procured these bags with the anticipation that they would be advantageous for transporting items. Nevertheless, they are not compatible with the juggernaut lite. The product description does indicate that the plastic clips may not operate on certain models. The clips prevent the bags from fitting flush with the rear rack. This results in the bags tilting to one side, either in the sprocket or the brake, depending on which side it is leaning. If the clips are not functional, the bags are left with only a couple of not very secure straps that allow them to move freely. I also reached out to customer service before purchasing to inquire about the compatibility of these bags with the juggernaut lite and was assured that they would fit just fine on the bikes. However, now we have bags that cannot be used without potentially damaging the bags due to them dragging and rubbing on the drive train or worse, binding up the bike and causing other issues while riding.

My spouse has initiated communication, but is only receiving standard responses and not providing a solution. I should not be required to make any adjustments to the bag or the bike to ensure functionality. I am quite dissatisfied with this specific product, as it has not been possible to utilize due to fitment problems. I would advise against purchasing these bags for a Juggernaut Lite, as they are ineffective.

The tubing on my rear bike rack is too thick for the clips provided.

The bags are fine but the clips on the underside do not fit the bike rack. This was disappointing. In order the strap it down, you have to modify the straps. Very annoying.
Even after figuring out how to strap it down, it’s still lopsided. Sorry but you asked..
Everything else looks great! I would have been much happier if this problem would have been known before purchase. It’s a small inconvenient detail that could have been avoided

They are great! I store tools and a 32oz water bottle. There is still room for some groceries, lol.

Bag is great except the plastic clips do not fit over the rack bars on our juggernaut.

A very sturdy and roomy pannier. I am very pleased with the quality
