The replacement wheel is working. Service from Biktrix on the other hand was totally unsatisfactory. It took 6 weeks to diagnose the problem, order and get the replacement wheel at a cost of several hundreds of dollars. The bike itself is only 3 years old! I would never purchase a Biktrix bike again.
