Rear rack bags were purchased when we bought a couple new bikes. Both my wife and i entered in for the mystery box and received the same gaudy saddle bags. I’m sure they are just trying to unload these items to recoup some of the cost for having them made.

Was wondering if the email inviting me to participate in the mystery box was legitimate at first and it was for sure. Went to the Biktrix site and placed my order. It shows the loyalty and level of customer service Biktrix has for their customers. I am originally from Saskatchewan, now living in BC, so am excited and proud to own a Biktrix e-bike made not only in Canada but in Saskatchewan.
