I’m in love with my new bike!! I wish it would stop raining I would like to be out every evening after work!!

This is our third Biktrix e bike as we purchased two hub duo’s last year one for our daughter and then my husband got one. They love the bikes and the bikes have never had an issue so far. I am a little shorter than my daughter and although I liked riding her hub duo I found it a little big for me so I decided to get the hub duo small. I’m so glad I went with the small version as I find it more enjoyable to ride and I feel more comfortable. I would recommend a Biktrix e bike to anyone considering buying an e bike. The Juggernaut Hub Duo has power when you need it for city riding, the torque sensor makes it feel like riding a bike, and the massive tires let you take it on trails for some off-road fun whenever you want (they also make the ride very comfortable). I haven't even had to use the second range extender battery because the original has given me plenty of range, but the option to bring it along is great to rely on whenever necessary. The step through is a must for city riding, especially here in downtown Vancouver. It makes stoping and going much more comfortable.

Overall it's huge, fast, and reliable. Putting tons of attachments all over it is starting to make it feel more like a motor bike than an ebike. Highly recommend.

Assembly was simple but the bike simply didn’t work. Controller replaced quickly but problem still not solved. The good news is that they are working hard to fix the problem. Can’t wait to get riding but a bit heavy to do without a working motor

I purchased my Juggernaut hub duo about 2 months ago. This bike has been everything I wanted in a great everyday cruiser. I put about 10-15 km a day and it works perfectly! Don't hesitate to get this bike. Awesome!

Overall, I was pleased with the purchase, and I am enjoying the bike. My feedback / concerns are- no owner's manual came with the bike, the display module is not what I expected, wobble in front wheel, generic YouTube searches required (minus owner's manual) to answer questions and trouble shoot. Detail: If you buy a cheap power tool you get a owner's manual. This $3,600 bike came with nothing. Thus, no instruction on battery use (e.g. use of power button on reserve battery) I did find on Biktrix youtube vid about the batteries -but no mention of when to use the power button when fully charged and installed on the bike; also, no trouble shooting guide for subjects such as wheel wobble and etc.; no parts list / schematic. The display module is nothing like what I saw on the ordering web page and was expecting. In addition, the supplied module installed from Biktrix was installed upside down -why because it doesn't fit the handle bar design. To make use, I have it wedged on the bar and hope that it stays put while riding. In short, it has taken some time to sort out issues. Not a big deal, but not what I expected.

We ordered an E bike from Biktrix after a visit to the Vancouver Biktrix store. Dillon answered all our questions about e bikes and after test riding the juggernaut hub duo we decided to order one. Two weeks later after having so much fun and seeing the quality of the bike we decided to order a second juggernaut hub duo so we can ride together. We are really enjoying our bikes and have yet to have any issues after a few weeks of riding. My husband and I would recommend anyone buying an electric bike to strongly consider a Biktrix E bike. Thanks to Dillon and Biktrix
