The power assist is perfect. A smaller, lighter & very versatile bike.
Would highly recommend!

This is the right bike for me! It is light enough and has the right amount of power for me. My hands are a bit sore when trying to reach for the brakes. I might need smaller grips. We are getting out together on both of our new Biktrix bikes and loving it!

Better seats are a must, as well as suspension fork for front wheel!
Please send I for on front wheel suspension.

Happy with the purchase. I wish it would have come with better instructions on how to put together. Online videos don't exist for the specific bike we purchased (go figure) and they don't have the best point of view. Any type of manual would also be nice. I know how it works but feel like there are features I could understand better if the information was available.

Purchased two Bikes for my Wife & I and they are Awesome!
Unfortunately one Bike where the Headlight & Fender Mounts onto the Fork was "Cross threaded" When the M6 Socket Screw was put in from New.
Because we wanted to use the Bikes right away I had to purchase an M6 Tap along with some Pan Head Screws & Washers & Nylon Nuts costing me an extra CAD 25.00.
Support sent me some Stainless Steel Socket Screws & related Hardware within 10 business days and I then swapped out with my Hardware to prevent "RUST"
Would be great I get a Cheque for 25.00 dollars to cover their mistake & my Cost.
Bottom Line I highly recommend this model of Bike to anyone considering the purchase.

Bike comes with no instructions. How to turn headlight on for an example. Front fender runs continuously, even after we have made adjustments. Chain keeps falling off even though I’m not shifting gears. I want to love the bike but chain has fallen off each time I have gone for a ride so it makes me worried to go out more than just around the block. Handle bar connect hub is supposed to have a round sticker on each side for aesthetics, One of the stickers was bent and peeled off when we received the bike. Really makes one question the pre-delivery inspection.

The order was estimated, when purchased, to arrive at the end of June. It was mid July when it arrived. During that time, I had to contact customer service twice to get a shipping update. The Shop app was and continues to be completely useless. It does not update and even now only says ordered May 31st even though it’s been delivered. Biktrix could do themselves a favour and not align with such an unreliable app. It reflects bad on your company even though your only fault is aligning with a mediocre at best app. The bikes themselves were easy to assemble and have been very good so far. We are enjoying them very much. It just took longer to get here and we had great frustration with the lack of accurate updates.
