Suspension Fork and Integrated Lights

A suspension fork absorbs road imperfections and improves bike agility and handling. The bright head and taillights are powered by the bike's battery and can be turned on/off with a button on the handlebar control pad.

The bike is so much fun to ride. Great style and comfort.
I would suggest updating your assembly instructions . The bikes shown in your videos were from 5-3 years ago and not the style I had purchased. Having never assembled a bike before, I found it a bit frustrating.
Overall I would fully recommend this bike!

Received our bikes this week! Very easy to assemble,very comfortable to ride.My only complaint is the seat very hard,I picked up a gel seat to help soften the ride!Looking forward for many bike rides

Review of Swift Lite 4 Step Over

Shipping was so fast, from time of ordering to having our bikes was exactly one week.
Instructions for setting the bike up were very good.
I was worried as a woman having a step over model that it was going to be a struggle for my short body but it is very easy to get onto and off of the bike.
Love the adjustable handlebars to be able to pull them in closer to me so I can sit more upright.
The best part of the experience with Biktrix so far has been the customer service. My friend and I ordered our bikes together and while mine went together fine and is working well, she has had issues with the battery but the support staff has helped her every step of the way and they are replacing the battery for her. Top notch customer service! Thank you!

Didn’t arrive as expected

I bought them in mid March for a trip we were taking in late May. We’ve been on the road since May 24th. Bikes arrived June 2nd. Guess when I get home at the end of June and actually get to see them, I’ll decide then what I think about them. Sadly customer service wasn’t that great…

This so far is a great buy,btge video on YouTube isn't 100% accurate, so caused a bit of stress but we figured it out... Tried them and loved them, still waiting for our first long ride....

Great product

Bikes were delivered in good order. Assembly was fairly straightforward. Haven’t had much time to ride them yet. Took one to the end of the block to ensure everything worked. So far so good

The bikes arrived in great shape. Every thing was in good order. My only concern is that the tool provided was not long enough to tighten the handlebars onto the bike body.
